We offer free classes in community locations, such as public libraries, for the general public to learn how to apply yoga’s tools to their own mental wellness as a means of prevention or to supplement their current treatment. We also support organizations that assist with crisis prevention, and to people recovering from or living with mental health diagnosis or addiction.
We partner with local NAMI chapters, May Dugan Center, and more, to reach as many people in need of yoga’s tools as possible!
