The yoga strap is 6 feet long and quickly converts to a mat carrier. The cotton mats were chosen because they are true to the yoga philosophy and lifestyle. No harm to yourself, others, or the environment! They are backed with a thin, natural rubber backing to resist slipping on smooth floors. They are machine washable on gentle, hang or lay flat to dry, preferably outside!
