Seed Yoga is currently providing yoga to youth in schools in Cuyahoga County and Lorain County.  We work with school counselors, PE instructors, and administration to schedule and provide age-appropriate yoga.  Our classes combine breathwork, yoga postures, and relaxation.  Classes for younger children include activities and games to keep them engaged. We guide our students to connect their mind, body, and breath – and apply it to their daily lives to find peace within.
